SHIPPING & RETURNS
A fixed carriage & packing charge of £18.00 excl. VAT (£21.60 incl. VAT) is applied to all orders placed online, irrespective of order value.
Generally stock items are despatched within 3 to 5 working days depending on any cutting requirements. Some product pages may specify additional lead times. For all orders - including non-stock items - we will confirm exact lead time when we send you our official order acknowledgement. If you have a particularly urgent requirement, please contact us so that we can ensure we can meet with your expectation.
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time. We will advise if there are any additional carriage charges to your order once it has been received by us for processing. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed.
Goods can be delivered to most UK business or home addresses with a valid postcode.
Your order will be delivered either by Tuffnells, DPD, Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, our own transport or by another Courier. A signature is required for all deliveries.
We make every effort to keep our delivery and packing charges as low as possible - and in most cases they are just a contribution towards the true cost of carriage charges and packing material costs.
Please note that in all cases any delivery times quoted are estimates only. No subsequent liability will be accepted by us for any late deliveries howsoever caused.

Only orders for UK delivery can be placed online, but we can, and do, deliver anywhere in the world! For European or Rest of the World deliveries, please contact us so that we can ensure shipping, packing and any export charges (generally applicable only for Rest of the World) can be calculated correctly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, we kindly ask that you first contact our support team (email@example.com) to request a returns number.
As long as you contact us within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date and the product is unopened/undamaged we'll be able to offer you a full refund.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and, all being well, your money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during to make the purchase.
Please note that for credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.
Unfortunately, if the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
